Held at the beautiful Cox's bay kayak club on stilts over the water. This will be a day of understanding why joy leaves you alone from time to time and how you can get it back. You will be an active participant in your own work with various exercises but you will also get to zone out to a Light Language Bomb and channeled meditations to help raise your frequency.
Come and raise the roof with delicious yummy treats and a day of all the things that I love to bring to a workshop.
