About this Event
Becoming an effective leader takes time and a lot of learning. The skills that got you to your leadership position may not serve you as well once you are in that position. Defining how you want to lead and your vision for how you want to interact with your people is a great place to start building your foundation. There are many different models to choose from and each offer advantages and disadvantages. In this interactive workshop held in the Board Room at Volunteer Victoria you will get to explore a range of leadership models, take the best from each and then form your personal approach to leadership. From there you will have a chance to develop your vision for your leadership practice and plan for introducing it to your people.
Workshop Outcomes:
• Explore multiple leadership models and theories
• Develop your unique approach – Taking the best from each
• Define your vision for how you want to lead your people
