We are living through times of constant change. It is easy to feel troubled and worried by news and events and anxious about how these impact on our life. Times of change and uncertainty can leave us feeling unsettled and fearful but they also can become transformative.
Buddha explained how to keep a mind free from fear and anxiety and instead use difficult situations to cultivate inspiring and beneficial views that help us keep calm and positive amidst conflict and chaos. By creating peace within, we can share this with our family, our friends and our wider community. In this course, with the aid of guided meditations we will learn practical and effective approaches to the difficult challenges we all face in the modern world.
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
