Join us this Saturday for a Finding Through Films session with Abhishek where we will watch and discuss Shabani Hassanwalia and Samreen Farooqui’s film Being Bhaijaan.
The film explores the relationship between a hero and his fans and the portrayal of masculinity on screen. It follows Shan Ghosh who resembles Salman Khan and his friends in small-town India as they seek to find their own identities inspired by Salman Khan’s persona while navigating the complexities of manhood.
Abhishek has extensive experience teaching and conducting workshops in film theatre culture studies and creative arts. He serves as an educator at Conflictorium promoting critical thinking and art appreciation through dialogues and workshops.
