Yoga workshops give you more time to delve deeper into your yoga practice - in this workshop we’ll explore the art of balancing poses. Balancing postures not only strengthen the body but also help to create focus, presence and inner steadiness. Throughout the workshop we’ll delve into various balancing poses, understanding their alignment, benefits and modifications.
We’ll spend time on:
- Establishing strong foundations
- Cultivating strength and focus
- Deepening your practice exploring poses such as half moon (Ardha Chandrasana), warrior III (Virabhadrasana III) and dancers pose (Natarajasana).
Balance is not just physical but also mental and emotional. By developing stability on the mat we can better navigate the ups and downs of life!
This is for you if:
- You already practice yoga
- You want to deepen your yoga practice, exploring different variations of each pose
- You want to improve your balance and strength
- You want to learn the techniques, including pose modifications you can take, to help you in your regular yoga practice.
This workshop isn’t suitable for complete beginners who have no yoga experience.
