Customer needs and wants are continually changing and your competitors' offers will be evolving to meet these new needs and wants. But it's not just about coming up with a new product or service. Your customers experience your business at all stages of their journey with you and if any part of this journey doesn't meet their needs, they often won't buy from you.
In this 2 hour session, you will:
- Understand what the customer purchase journey is and why it is important
- Map your customers’ purchase journey, including what is important and what is not satisfied
- Know how to identify and prioritise opportunities for your business, including new products and services
- Understand the importance of prototyping
- Understand how to use prototyping to test opportunities
About your speaker:
Liz Grant has more than 30 years’ experience in helping businesses achieve significant growth through strategic planning, customer experience research and design, program and business model design and content marketing. She is an experienced business mentor and coach for both start-ups and scale-ups and has worked in a range of industries including retail, communications, finance, property, logistics, training, mining, personal services, professional services, membership services and not-for-profits.
Liz has worked with some of Australia’s more prominent companies including the NAB, Australia Post and Macquarie Bank, as well as many small and medium businesses. She presents regularly on a range of topics relating to starting and growing a business.
