We'll begin with simple standing movements to help us connect and find joy together, followed by a meditation on contentment. After some time for personal reflection through journaling and discussion, we'll move into a gentle yoga practice to explore our relationship with ourselves. The workshop will conclude with a guided self-care practice and savasana to encourage deep relaxation.Let's practice together to build community, focusing on reducing stress, deepening our understanding of our bodies, and creating resources for joy.

As a certified yoga instructor with years of experience and a social worker for over a decade, Susan has seen firsthand the power of creating safe spaces for healing. Her mission is to offer a place where you can rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and others. Susan's practice includes trauma-informed Hatha yoga, meditation, breathwork, and expressive writing.
