The holidays can be a time of joy and also stress, grief or feeling overwhelmed, especially when facing a serious illness. Join Lisa-Paula da Silva, LCSW, for a thoughtful and uplifting conversation about protecting your emotional health and making space for joy, no matter what the season brings.
