A transformative day of ceremony immersed in the enchanting swamps of the Atchafalaya Basin.
We will begin the day with a share circle, followed by The Art of Letting Go Workshop and breathwork release led by Hannah Comeaux.
Next, we will indulge in a sacred Blissful Blooms Cacao Fusion. This special fusion is meticulously crafted to open your heart, elevate your spirit, and nourish your soul. Infused with the potent energies of the Master Plant flower essences of Bobinsana and Egyptian Lotus, this mystical elixir beckons you to embark on a journey of heart-centered healing and profound self-discovery.
With each sip, allow it to permeate your being, feel the barriers dissolve, paving the way for a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you - illuminating the path to your true self. This harmonious blend will deepen our meditation practice, facilitating access to spiritual insights, heightened connections to spiritual realms, and potential visionary experiences.
This makes it a perefct pairing for our Yoga Nidra and a Soul Full Sound Experience, guiding our consciousness to the threshold between wakefulness and sleep, where profound healing and spiritual insights occur.
While enveloped in the soothing vibrations of the sound bath, you will receive a Reiki energy clearing, aligning our energy centers and restoring balance to body, mind, and spirit.
Lastly, we will end the day with with our closing integration circle and a delicious dinner by @HerbyEmmy.

The Details:
Location: This day retreat will take place at the floating Maloca on the Atchafalayla Basin (pictured above). The Maloca is a screened in ceremonial space that floats in its home in he swamps of the Atchafalaya Basin!
The address is: We will meet at a home on the Atchafalaya Basin where we will depart to the Maloca by boat at 11:30am sharp! The address will be emailed to you 2 days before the event.
What to bring:
- a container for water
- a special item that is symbolic to you to place on the altar during ceremony (there is no wrong answer!)

What is a Cacao Ceremony?
Cacao ceremonies are helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions, inner-processing, self-renewal, keeping us centered, and connected to our hearts.
We engage with high-quality, unprocessed, and organic chocolate as a ritual, rather than consuming it as candy, which has a direct positive impact on our individual well-being as well as our global ecosystem.
Cacao ceremonies are a wonderful way to connect with people in a safe, open-hearted environment. Sharing cacao brings us into the same energetic frequency. This often results in a deeper more intimate connection with ourselves and each other.
When we gather to share cacao, we have a shared experience of mood elevation, increased vitality, enhanced intuition and empathy, and a more open, present heart. It is a medicinal & healing experience for your body, mind, and spirit.
What is a Bobinsana?
Bobinsana (Calliandra angustifolia) is a tropical plant native to the Amazon rainforest regions of South America, particularly Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, and Brazil. It is considered a Master Plant by many indigenous tribes. A revered plant for lucid dreaming, Bobinsana has long been prescribed in shamanic practices to heal matters of the heart, emotional trauma, to support those with arthritis, rheumatism, musculoskeletal pains, inflammation, and uterine disorders.
It is also used for its purported ability to enhance spiritual and emotional well-being, promote relaxation, and support mental clarity. Additionally, bobinsana is sometimes used in shamanic practices for its potential to induce visions and connect with spiritual realms.
What is a Egyptian Lotus?
Egyptian Lotus has been revered for its spiritual and medicinal properties for thousands of years, particularly in ancient Egyptian and Mayan civilizations. This Lotus flower is often associated with relaxation, euphoria, and a sense of tranquility. In ancient Egypt, it was considered sacred and was used in religious ceremonies and rituals. Its effects are believed to promote a sense of calmness, heightened awareness, and even lucid dreaming. When consumed, we can experience enhanced meditation, creativity, and spiritual insight.
What is a Soul Full Sound Experience?
A Soul Full Sound Experience is a sound journey crafted by Soul Full Brooke using a unique soundscape of quartz singing bowls, her voice, and live looping. This isn't just a sound bath, it's a sound experience!
