For so many of us journaling can seem like a really great idea... but things can get in the way.
Maybe it's something you love but rarely do? Or you're curious but not sure how to begin? Or, perhaps you've simply got out of the habit... and would love to pick up your pen again?
Over 60 delicious minutes we'll be taking a look at the what, why & how of Flow Journaling
Discover how journaling can help you tap into your deepest thoughts, a direct channel to your wisest, kindest self
It’s common to feel hesitant about journaling, from facing the ‘blank page’ to encountering difficult emotions. But flow journaling offers a gentle, non-judgmental space to begin
No Time? No Problem. Even just a few minutes a day can make a significant difference in reducing stress, improving wellbeing and increasing focus
As part of the session, we'll also enjoy a relaxation practice - a chance to rest and reset from whatever your week has held.
Whether you've never journaled before or you want to get back into it or you'd like to try a new approach... you are very welcome here!
This is a safe, supportive, enjoyable session. With no pressure to speak if you prefer not to, this is a space where you can ask questions, share experiences and give yourself the gift of some dedicated time, just for you.
Journaling offers an enormous array of benefits - from stress-reduction to boosting creativity to alleviating depression and anxiety to deepening compassion.
We can’t write as fast as we think, so journaling slows down our thoughts and helps us disentangle what's going on in our heads.
It is something we can ALL do. You just need a pen and paper.
As Henny says...
"Journaling has been such a powerful tool in helping me make and manage the array of changes I've put in place in my own life. And I'm excited to share part of that journey with you."
This event will be recorded - so if you want to come but not sure you can make it, please REGISTER for the event & you'll also receive the recording.
