Together, through engaging discussions, hands-on exercises, and real-world examples, we’ll explore:

• Our common ground by identifying shared human qualities and values.
• The process of listening fully as a way to respect the dignity of each person.
• Creative strategies for resolving conflicts with win-win solutions.
• Balancing personal and communal well-being through the principles of solidarity and interdependence.
