Hello everyone, here's an update on "Finding Calm in Pressured World"Im delighted to confirm that Serena will be delivering a calming Art Session for us all.
And im very happy that Chelle Claridge, from The Hygge Hub, will be bringing her soothing sounds with her for a beautiful, relaxing Sound Bath session.
Im also very pleased that my good friend John Verity will also be joining us in November to support me in delivering our course.
I'm creating this 6 week course with the intention of offering some useful tools for us to practice as we navigate living in this beautiful yet sometimes overwhelming and pressured world.
I'm going to pass onto you what I find helpful in my own busy life as I juggle alot of roles and responsibilities.

This will be available this autumn 🍂
Starting Saturday 18th October until Saturday 22nd November from 12 til 2pm each week at Greetland Wellness Hub.
