Finding Balance Yoga Retreat
Immerse yourself in a serene environment surrounded by nature and enjoy a day of yoga and mindfulness with experienced instructors. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, this retreat offers something for everyone.
The day will begin with a “Morning Yoga Rise”, featuring vinyasa flows to gently warm the body for the day. We will then host a “Finding Balance” workshop, where will focus on grounding poses as well as alignment when balancing on both feet and hands. This aims to encourage balance in both body and mind to help improve focus and concentration.
This will be followed by a stroll around the wonderful Paus site to experience the barefoot sensory walk and connect with nature before a nourishing 3-course lunch in the Bistro restaurant.
The afternoon will begin with bathing in the hot tubs with a complimentary drink, followed by use of the Finnish barrel saunas. We will end the day with a “Reset” class which is a restorative class incorporating breathing techniques, relaxation and mindfulness aiming to calm the mind and unwind.

The price for the day retreat is £129. We have an Earlybird discount price of £99 if you book in before 30th March 2024.
Refund policy – A refund is available minus a 20% admin fee up to 15 days before the event. No refunds can be given if you cancel within 14 days of the event date unless we manage to fill your spot.
