Chakra Balancing Workshop.Join me for our journey through the 7 Chakras stimulating each one to bring balance within.
During our workshop we will learn about the 7 Chakras that run up the central line of the body, location & what they do.
We will do this by beginning with a gentle flow to stimulate each Chakra and then moving into static held poses (asanas) linked to the individual chakras. This will help to align the Chakras allowing the energy to flow freely through out the body.
Finally finishing with a guided Chakra Meditation relaxation..... bliss
