We ALL have our guilty pleasures, and sometimes we use them as rewards or self soothing or both, but unfortunately they can sometimes create an unhealthy balance.
Join us on our day retreat 'Finding Balance' where you will discover a deeper sense of self awareness and uncover where you might be stuck. We will help you restore balance through the practises of reflection, journaling, yoga, breathing techniques, a wellness workshop, a deeply nourishing lunch and an afternoon of yin yoga and yoga nidra.
You will start the day with Anneke guiding you through an energising morning yoga practise, followed by a warming hot drink and sweet treats. Laura will then deliver the Wellness Workshop where you will learn about the benefits of a cleanse, how powerful it can be to bring your diet back into balance at this time of year and how this will help you navigate the 'Christmas season' ahead including some great hacks!
We will work through areas of our lives where we feel the most stuck and find solutions that will help you recalibrate and reset before we head into winter. We will talk about just how powerful a healthy balanced diet is in affecting your overall health, from energy to sleep, to your mood and immune system, and you will get to take a workbook with all this information away with you!
A deliciously warming, nutritious, and seasonal lunch will be served, and if the weather is on our side, a mindful stroll in the garden afterwards.
After lunch Anneke will lead you through a gorgeous Yin Yoga practice to melt away any areas in your body that may feel stuck, followed by everyone's favourite Yoga Nidra to send you into a deep state of rest for body and mind.
Before you depart for the day, you will receive a goody bag to take away with you!
