In this class, you will:
– **Enhance Physical Stability**: Learn and practice foundational and advanced balance poses such as Tree Pose (Vrksasana), Warrior III, and Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana). Strengthen your core and stabilizing muscles to improve overall physical stability.
