About this Event

Tools and tactics for startups to identify and share your value with customers for now and the future.

Targeting potential customers who are unlikely to engage is a drain on resources. Spending time upfront in inside the mind of your customer, makes your business more valuable to them. Equally crucial is understanding their experiences to stay responsive to evolving needs and opportunities for growth.

A wealth of information is being offered in this workshop, and we investigate some essential tools and techniques that startups need in order to grow. Our session will encompass a core range, including:

  • Interviews: Uncover insights by engaging with your target audience.
  • Early stage testing: Refine your product or service through user feedback early on.
  • Observational Research: Gain valuable context by observing customer behaviour in natural settings.
  • Competitive Analysis: Identify market trends and opportunities by studying competitors' strategies and performance.
  • Social Media Listening: Stay attuned to customer sentiment and emerging issues by monitoring online conversations.
  • Simple Analytics: Utilise basic analytics tools to track and interpret key performance metrics.
  • Customer Feedback: establish channels for customers to provide input and actively respond to their needs.

Additionally, we'll delve into crafting effective surveys, ensuring you ask the right questions to extract actionable insights.

Stop struggling against the tide and precisely identifying your perfect customers
