About this Event
Come join this physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual journey, exploring IF, HOW and WHY we do (or don't) use our voices fully and truthfully, and how that impacts our lives – relationships, jobs and everything else.
We'll learn and practice:
- An embodied practice to open/release our physical voice
- How to prepare for difficult conversations
- To speak your truth, even when it's challenging, in a way that can be well received
- How to show up in relationship with confidence, integrity and authenticity
Together, this lays the groundwork for great relationships (starting with the one you have with yourself)!
