Finding Your PathAn 8-Week Group to Explore Purpose, Connect with Inner Guidance, and Release What Holds You Back
This group is for anyone who wants to build clarity, find motivation, and enjoy community as they move toward a more aligned and vital life. Whether you have no idea where you’re going, are having trouble getting started, or just want warm and enthusiastic support on your way, join us for 8 weeks of diving deep to the source of our joy and fulfillment. We’ll use expressive arts, IFS parts work, dream work, meditation, and group connection to gain clarity on what’s alive inside us and wants more expression in our lives. We’ll set intentions and cheer each other on as we take steps large or small along our unique paths.
Some examples of things we’ll do together: collaging, free drawing, stream of consciousness writing, clay, creating an altar, using oracle decks, doing “active imagination” and/or hypnosis meditation. We’ll talk about and work creatively with dreams. We’ll identify and share about the different parts of ourselves and begin to interact with them through these various mediums. We’ll also identify actionable steps (whether related to self-care/lifestyle, steps toward more exploration or toward making practical progress toward goals. The group has a tentative framework that will change and evolve according to the interests of our participants.
This will be a soulful, nourishing experience that is meant to be engaging and enjoyable, and is sure to be impactful. This is a personal growth workshop, not a clinical therapy group. Please join if you plan on making all or most of the meetings.
Dates: Mondays 5:30-7:30, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3 (taking off 10/13)
My office is located in central Asheville with parking. Price is $450 for all 8 weeks, including materials.
