Gracefully transition from Summer into Autumn on our latest day retreat combining yoga, deep connection with nature, embodiment and healing. Our magical journey starts in ancient woodlands for Tree Energy Medicine with breath, meditation and movement. The group will then relocate to a beautiful private studio in Knowl Hill for yoga, meditation and VortexHealing.
Tree Energy Medicine brings deep level connection and communication with nature through merging with the energy and wisdom of trees.
A nature-inspired yoga session helps you feel grounded in your physical body whilst invoking a connection to Mother Earth.
OSHO Kundalini Active Meditation removes energetic blockages allowing your energy to be transformed into bliss and joy.
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is deeply relaxing and takes you gently into a state between awake and asleep.
VortexHealing™ is a truly holistic treatment utilising the transformational power of Divine energy to heal the body’s energy system.
This retreat will allow you to ground, bring in awareness of Autumn's beauty and help you rejuvenate ahead of the cooler months. Your nervous system will be reset and strengthened during the whole day. Your hosts promise lots of fun, laughter and joyfulness in tune with nature's time for harvest, abundance and gratitude.
Sarah and Simon are dedicated to giving you a fulfilling day retreat for an affordable investment of £95 per person (including booking fee, vegan lunch, tea and cakes). Suitable for all ages from 12 years of age onwards.No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed.
