This is the third in series of 5 workshops taking place this year with workshop four in April; this series of engaging workshops is designed to equip business professionals with the tools and insights needed to thrive in today's competitive landscape.
After completing the five workshops, participants will possess practical tools and insights for avoiding common business pitfalls, strategically positioning their business, and engaging customers effectively. You will be equipped to adapt to market needs, leverage emotional intelligence in marketing, and drive your business beyond inertia to achieve sustained success.
Agenda - Workshop 3: Find Your Market: How to Position Your Business for Maximum Visibility and Profit
- Purpose: Learn how to place your business in the market so that more customers notice and choose you.
- Goal: Discover techniques to make your business stand out to the right customers, increasing your sales and profits.
- Length: 40 minutes presentation and 20 minutes questions.

What is your cancellation policy?
The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing [email protected].
Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?
Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
