Our afternoon retreat will centre on a 'root to rise' practice, designed to cultivate strength, stability and stillness. This grounding practice will focus on the root chakra to leave you feeling centred, focussed and balanced.

🙏 This retreat is held at the beautiful KEEP WELL Studios in Barham (IP6 0PU). A wonderfully calming tranquil space to unwind in. Plenty of free parking available.
