A Holistic retreat for women, set in the Andalusian mountains of Spain taking you on a Transformational journey of exploration and self-discovery to find your inner Goddess.

Through a number of self-development techniques, holistic therapies and workshops you will have the opportunity to slow down and disconnect from every day stresses to create the space necessary to achieve nourishing transformation.

Who is it for?

All women needing space away from the demands of their busy lives. Whilst we are working hard, looking after others and maintaining an outwardly “good impression” our inner lives and psychic and spiritual development are often neglected. As a result symptoms like depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, limited self-belief and fatigue manifest and take hold.

Why is it just for women?

Women hold each other and communicate in a way that is unique to the feminine. In the company of other women we create space to be 100% authentic and true to ourselves.

How will I benefit?

The retreat is designed to put you back in touch with your feminine power.

Expect breakthroughs in awareness and freeing up of energy.

We will help you work through the blocks that keep you stuck and prevent you being a goddess; that is a woman on your own terms.

20.00-22.00 - Evening workshop (eg. Gong bath)

TRAVEL COSTS:

Currently £100 return Stansted to MalagaTransfer approx €30 from Malaga airport (90min) or Granada Airport (60min) each way (Transfers will be organised for you).Would be great and cost effective for people to group together and get a hire car... Giving flexibility to take time out to visit the mountains and surrounding area ... from £86 for the week ... We can create groups nearer the time to manage this

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:1-1 sessions can be booked with any of our specialist therapists during the retreat.
