New Year's Eve is an opportunity to reflect on the year that has passed and set intentions for the year that's ahead. What do you want to leave behind in 2024? What do you want to create for your life in 2025 and beyond?
Somatic movement (yoga), meditation, and journaling are sacred practices that invite stillness and reflection. Tools we can use to manage life's ups and downs, and that help us find our way back home to ourselves. These practices are designed to help us live our most authentic lives.
Join Rachel Voss on Tuesday, December 31 from 6 to 8 PM ET for a virtual gathering based in healing, movement, and restoration. Participants will be guided through ournaling and intention setting, moderate yoga movement (modifications will be offered to meet all levels), and guided relaxation. All you need is your yoga mat and any props you use for your practice, your favorite journal and writing tool, and any other items that help you create a cozy, sacred space (tea, candles, crystals, etc.). A blanket or sweatshirt and your favorite socks are recommended for the restorative practice.
This offering will be held via Zoom and a replay will be available if you are unable to attend the live session. Both the event link and recording will be sent to the email address used to register for the session.
Who is Rachel? Rachel is a yoga teacher, mentor, and wellness guide. Since 2013, Rachel has been leading yoga and wellness sessions where she shares her messaging of Find Your Free™ - inspired by her own leap of faith of leaving the corporate world behind to fully pursue her passion of helping other women find personal freedom, both on and off the yoga mat.
