About the Hosts
Amity Neumeister offers a practice inspired by her vinyasa, hatha and Baptiste training, and creates a supportive environment with artful, intuitive and intelligent sequencing. She's the owner of Zem Yoga Studio Roma.
Elizabeth Geoghegan is the author of the short story collection eightball and the bestselling flash memoir The Marco Chronicles. Her writing has appeared in TIME, The Paris Review, The Best Travel Writing, and elsewhere.
