Join us for a yoga class that encourages the body to gently open, the mind to calm, and ease you into the day with intention. We’ll move through soft, spacious postures at an unhurried pace while live guitar creates a warm atmosphere.
Expect long-held stretches, mindful breathwork, and a deeply grounding experience that meets you exactly where you are.
Whether you’re looking to unwind, reconnect, or simply start your week in a peaceful, creative space this class is for you. This is an all-levels class, appropriate for beginners. Class starts at 10am! Please bring your own mat and towel.
The Frisky Biscuit will be on site serving up warm and comfy breakfast and brunch items from 11am to 2pm!
