Starting on the 24th I'll be running a stretching class at the Castletown ICA Hall - Monday's at 9:30 am and Wednesday's at 7:30 pm for 6 weeks. Cost 60 euro with option to attend both weekly classes. Drop in rate is 10 euro per class and must be booked in advance to ensure space. While I've practiced yoga for over 10 years, this is not yoga.
