Cost: Suggested donation $10-20 (no one turned away for lack of funds)
What to expect:
- A soothing and immersive sound bath experience using crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to promote relaxation and meditation.
- Reiki healing sessions to balance your energy and promote healing.
- A safe and supportive space to connect with yourself and others in the LGBTQ+ community.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, blankets, pillow, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.

Prism is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and resources to the LGBTQ+ community in Louisville, Kentucky. We believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and heard, and we strive to create spaces where people can connect with each other and find a sense of belonging.
