Hi, friend.
My name is Emma. I’m glad you came across this. If you are in the right place in your life (that is - you’re prepared to do the work), this could be extremely valuable to you. About 10 years ago, I was feeling exactly as described above, maybe exactly as you’re feeling now. I embarked on a very long journey, determined to find my own calling. I made a lot of mistakes and gained a lot of knowledge in the process. I’ve designed this workshop in a way that will help me share the most valuable insights I’ve learned with you - not only about finding your calling but also about building a fulfilling life altogether.
This workshop is based on my personal experience, knowledge I’ve gained through tons of reading, mindful practices and hundreds of hours spent doing various exercises. All of which have helped me on my journey to self-discovery.
Spoiler alert: Self-discovery is a must. If you ever hope to understand what you’re here to do, first you need to understand who you are (I mean, truly, behind all the masks you put on for the world). Your calling is not just “what you do for a living” it is an extension of who you are.
Identifying that is a process, a journey, it’s like completing a puzzle. It requires learning self-awareness, a lot of introspection and work (written and spoken). It takes time.
This is why, this workshop is broken into 6 sessions spread across 6 months (1 session per month - see other dates). Each session has a specific focus and all come together to help you give a comprehensive answer to the question “Who am I” - at the end.
The focus of this FIRST session is - INTRODUCTION + Fundamental Skills
You can join at any point and for as many sessions as you wish. Each session is designed as a stand alone session. Each offers valuable exercises and homework that will help bring you one step further on your journey. But if you decide to participate in all sessions, you will have a complete picture and will have made the most of this workshop.
What you can expect in terms of activities:
- Discussions
- Work in pairs/ interviews (awareness through speaking about yourself & your experiences)
- Written exercises (information gathering about you - talents, values, etc.)
- Group activities (games and mindfulness exercises to cultivate self-awareness)
