Find Your Balance
This class invites you into mindfulness through a diverse range of movements, blending yoga, mobility, fascial stretch-inspired sequences, somatic practices, and breathwork. Each session is designed to move you thoughtfully and intentionally, helping you explore the contrasts of tension and ease, stillness and flow. As you deepen your connection to your body, you'll discover the empowering alignment of awareness and action, cultivating a sense of balance both on and off the mat.
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and bringing along a yoga mat and water.

Using the body, we engage in somatic work, body awareness and movement to reconnect with ourselves. Through diverse tools of embodiment and empowerment, we focus on the nervous system, experiencing the self in the present moment. Our intentional classes, workshops, and gatherings encourage alignment with the natural rhythms, cycles, and seasons of life. Each class offers a “choose your own adventure” approach, giving you the freedom to select your practice's intensity and form.
