What is this Find Waldo Local thing I keep hearing about?Candlewick Press and BookSmart have teamed up with the American Booksellers Association and 300 independent bookstores across the country for Find Waldo Local 2024, a month-long scavenger hunt. To participate, stores partner with local businesses in their town to hide mini Waldo cutouts for participants young and old to spot.
It is so much fun for kids and parents that people start asking for the new passports months before they are ready. Everyone has a blast finding the "Waldos" and winning prizes while learning new things and places about their town. It is a low cost high value activity for the summer. Join us by getting a passport starting June 15th in any one of the 20 merchants participating or downloading it from the MH Chamber website.
