Friday, August 9th

4:00 PM - Check In

7:00 PM - Cocktail Reception in Woodbury's Bar Kick off the weekend with a delightful cocktail reception at Woodbury's Bar. Meet other couples and enjoy a selection of fine drinks.

8:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Comedian in Ballroom Enjoy an evening of laughter with a live comedy show in the ballroom. A perfect way to start the retreat on a light-hearted note.

10:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Drinks in The Crown Continue the evening with more drinks and conversations at The Crown. A relaxing way to end the first night.

Saturday, August 10th

7:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Breakfast Buffet Available Start your day with a hearty breakfast buffet, offering a variety of delicious options to fuel you for the day ahead.

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Breakout Sessions Choose from engaging breakout sessions:

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Rest on Your Own Take this time to relax and enjoy the hotel's amenities or explore the local area at your leisure.

12:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Food Tour on Trolley Embark on a culinary adventure with our food tour on a trolley. Taste the best local flavors at some local breweries and wineries and learn about the area's food culture.

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Rest on Your Own Another opportunity to unwind or engage in activities of your choice.

3:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Breakout Sessions Participate in the afternoon sessions:

5:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Dinner on Your Own Enjoy dinner at your leisure at a local establishment, or at our very own Woodbury's Steakhouse (credit provided).

8:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Live Music in The Crown Savor the night with a relaxing, live music performance on The Crown.

10:00 PM - 12:00 AM - The Crown/Woodbury's Bar/War Eagle Lanes You can end the evening in the area of your choice - head back to your room for another night in our luxury rooms, or head to War Eagle Lanes for bowling or billiards, stay on the Crown and take in the skyline, or head to Woodbury's for a nightcap!

Sunday, August 11th

7:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Farewell Breakfast Buffet Enjoy a final breakfast together and reflect on the wonderful memories made over the weekend.
