About this Event
You bring your thoughts on current events and policy, we'll provide the postcards and postage. Tell your local, state, or even federal level elected officials how you feel about policy desicions and legislation being debated or passed.
Not only are we sending a message to our representatives in government, but we're going to be learning more about how using your voice, in this way and in others, can influence the way policy is shaped and implemented. YOU have power and we want you to use it! Ohio State House Representative Michele Grim will be joining us at 2:00p to provide insights on how to best advocate for policy at the state level!
What's included? Four postcards (which may or not be heavy on the snark) with paid postage, meeting and chatting with like-minded people in your community, and information about other ways to be more actively involved in the civic process!
