About this Event
Come join empower at QuextXO Chocolate for an educational interactive workshop on Financial Therapy!
Money impacts every aspect of our lives—our relationships, health, sense of identity, and even our spiritual well-being. Yet, it is often one of the least discussed and most emotionally charged topics. In this introductory session, Aseel El-Baba will guide participants into the emerging field of financial therapy, a powerful approach that combines psychology and financial insight to help individuals build healthier, more conscious relationships with money.
Participants will gain an understanding of how money stories are formed, how financial stress shows up in our bodies and behaviors, and how healing our relationship with money can create more freedom and fulfillment. The session will close with a short, guided breathwork practice designed to help participants ground in the moment, connect with themselves, and experience a taste of the integrative tools Aseel brings into her work.
This workshop will be interactive and hands-on to allow community members to interact with each other and learn together.
The Financial Therapy workshop will be part of our Personal Finance series. We will be releasing event details for the remaining sessions shortly. You can follow empower here for future events: https://www.instagram.com/empower_tor/
Note: You can e-transfer via Interac to save on the extra ticket fees. Message us on Instagram (@empower_tor)or email us at [email protected] if you want the details.
