Info: Meet Randy Nittoli! He is a financial advisor, father, and active community member based in Olney, Maryland. His mission is to help individuals and families build clarity, control, and confidence in their financial lives so they can focus on what matters most.

Before becoming a financial advisor, Randy spent nearly two decades in emergency management and paramedicine, serving as a U.S. Diplomat and emergency management specialist. His experience coordinating complex operations and managing risk in high-pressure environments instilled in him the value of preparation, long-term planning, and trusted guidance—principles he brings to every client relationship.

Randy believes in the power of planning for “what-ifs,” a mindset that naturally guides his approach to financial advising. Drawing on his own experience as a parent, he understands how overwhelming financial decisions can be for busy families juggling careers, children, and aging parents.
