About this Event
Ready to help your little ones get a head start? This fun, in-person event will teach kids the basics of finances that many people never learn even as adults. We all know the school systems aren't teaching these things and parents don't know anything to their kids :) We'll explore cool ways to understand saving, investing, and building wealth over time.
The day will be focused on 4 topics:
1) Making money - Having a job vs owning a business
2) Managing Money - Setting up bank accounts, saving, retirement
3) Investing Money - Real estate investing and stock market basics
4) Giving Money - How money can be a tool for good to help others
This is an interactive event with games, small groups, worksheets, and open Q&A so that kids aren't stuck sitting through boring lectures for a full day.
This event is available to children ages 8-19. Parents are encouraged and welcome to join so that children and parents can learn together to impliment the lessons in their household, but are not required to join. Ticket price includes lunch and drinks throughout the day. Children under 12 MUST have an adult attending with them.
For only 1 child & 1 parent attending, just add 1 child & 1 parent ticket to your cart. For more than 1 child, add the 1 child & 1 parent first, then add the additional child option for as many additional children as you need.
