Please join us at The Retreat for a relaxing evening of great company, chill music, food, and compelling speakers telling their stories of how our yoga classes improved their lives.
Laotong Yoga has positively impacted hundreds of women across the state of West Virginia and we need your support to continue sharing the healing, life-changing practices of trauma-informed yoga and meditation. Your generous contribution allows our important work to continue in 4 facilities across our region. Our new office space will be on display!

Our mission is to share meditation, mindfulness, and trauma-informed yoga with incarcerated individuals in West Virginia, as well as others impacted by the legal system, supporting their journey through reentry, recovery, rehabilitation, or employment.
