About this Event

The Hair Tales Episodes #5 & 6 Screening (Finale!)

This is the finale of our event series screening each episode from The Hair Tales, a dynamic celebration of Black women’s identity, beauty, culture, and humanity, uniquely expressed through the stories in our hair.

In the final episodes, Tracee Ellis Ross sits down with Marsai Martin from Black-ish and Chloe Bailey to discuss their hair journies.

Celebrate the beauty of Black women—wavy, curly, coily, kinky roots and all, with The Curllective!

What to Expect:

We will watch both episodes with a short break in between each. The screening will be followed up with a short conversation on the topic of afro hair.

This event is also a product swap! Bring your gently used curly hair products and see what others have to offer.

*Refreshments will be provided.
