Together we will journey through yoga practices that nourish your body, mind and soul.
This class flows through Hatha yoga asanas, yoga Nidra, pranayama, and concludes the evening with blissful kirtan meditation.
FREE! Koha accepted.
Suitable for all levels and open for all! Walk-ins welcome.
Please bring your own yoga mat, cushion and blanket (optional for yoga nidra/savasana).
