The 3 hour workshop will entail:
• 45 minute strength and conditioning workout
• Followed by healthy iced tea and fruit

• 45 minute meditation and sound healing to rejuventate your mind, body and soul.

For those who do not know, for almost 13 years, I have been studying under Sheila Kennedy (www.sheila-kennedy.com) as a Vibrational Sounds practitioner. We work with cellular memory, dissipating trauma and instructing the body with words, frequency, and intention to heal itself.
This well-being workshop is for those who would like to enjoy a few hours of health and wellness and to feel the benefits of a total mind, body, and soul nourishing.
Take the time out for you to learn, grow, and be around others in a supportive environment.
The workout is beginner friendly, at your own pace, with lots of encouragement to give every exercise ago. You will be surprised what you can achieve!
