About this Event

Dhyana is the seventh pillar, or limb, of Ashtanga Yoga and is described as "contemplation meditation". The goal in dhyana yoga is for your mind to perceive yourself and the external world as one connected being. It is also sometimes referred to as meditation of the Divine. Dhyana is followed by the eighth, and final, limb or yoga, Samadhi, or bliss.
