The Dude abides. Take it easy with an entire evening dedicated to the Coen Brothers’ classic The Big Lebowski. Dress-up and costumes encouraged - come as your favorite character! Prior to the screening sign up to compete in Big Lebowski themed pub trivia in the Sunset Bar & Lounge (hosted by Chad Avery).
Field Arts & Events Hall and the upstairs Sunset Bar & Lounge will open at 5PM. Pub trivia hosted by Chad Avery will run 5:30 - 6:45PM. Theatre opens for seating at 6:30PM. The Big Lebowski will start in the Donna M. Morris Theater at 7PM. (1998) Rating: R Runtime 117 min.

Jeffrey Lebowski also known as "The Dude" is mistaken for a wealthy man with the same name which leads to him being assaulted. Seeking compensation The Dude sets out to find the real Jeffrey Lebowski who hires him to act as a courier. The wealthy Lebowski's wife has been kidnapped and he needs The Dude's help to deliver a ransom. Along the way The Dude is helped and hindered by his friends Walter Sobchak a Vietnam veteran and Donny. Ultimately The Dude and his bowling buddies join forces to recover the ransom and solve the kidnapping.
