Vernard S. Fields

Vernard S. Fields, a Cincinnati native filmmaker, has passionately shaped the video content landscape for nearly 15 years. His journey began at 11, exploring video and audio at his church. After earning an associate's degree in graphic design, he seamlessly incorporated motion graphics and visual effects into his video production. As the president of Black Cincinnati Cinema Collective since 2017 and a filmmaker at Green Apple Entertainment, Vernard leads and loves the filmmaking community. His goal: to connect with fellow enthusiasts.

David Stephen Kalonick

For 25 years, I've dedicated myself to photography in Cincinnati. Over the last eight years, I've transitioned to focus more on video work, specializing as a director of photography. Originally from Huntington West Virginia, I've grown to love Cincinnati, collaborating with fellow artists and nurturing my passion for visual arts.

Ingrid Woode

Ingrid Woode is a versatile mixed media artist whose talents span across music, visual art, and filmmaking. As a songwriter, producer, and musician, she has written and produced for Grammy and Oscar-winning artists like Lalah Hathaway and Queen Latifah. In her visual art practice, she skillfully blends traditional mediums like acrylic paint and canvas with cutting-edge digital 3D art creation. Her artistic performances have taken her around the world, including Italy, Spain, the UK, Portugal, and the US. She has produced 4 short documentaries independently.

Lexi Jamieson Marsh

Lexi Jamieson Marsh is an indie documentary filmmaker, writer and founder of On Your Feet Entertainment. Her filmography includes The Bearded Lady Project:Challenging the Face of Science, Player of the Week, and I Was a Hurricane which is currently in production. Lexi also teaches video production at Miami University.

Allyson West, Moderator | Executive Director - Cindependent

Allyson West is an award-winning film producer and director as well as the founder and Executive Director of The Cindependent Film Festival. Recent projects include directing Issa Rae as well as creating children’s characters and festival mascots Crunchy and Bubs.
