Los Angeles Beginner Floorwork Class by Laurel - @SPFDance_Official

Join us at Soft Power Flow Dance and practice floorwork, how to feel more comfortable in front of the camera, and make friends in the dance community! We will start with introductions and a dynamic warm up before diving into slow, intentional and sensual movement. Class will be professionally filmed at the end.

Kneepads REQUIRED, platform heels encouraged but not required (bring extra if you have any in case other classmates can borrow!), and long socks can be wore if you do not have any dance heels. Please wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable and confident, whether that is cute sweatpants or cute lingerie.
