Join us for a celebration of California’s wildlife and wild places!Planet California is a nature documentary showcasing beautiful cinematography through sweeping vistas and astonishing closeups as we get to witness just some of the wonders of our state.
Best known for beaches, Hollywood, and the Golden Gate bridge, California is actually a wellspring of biodiversity—the greatest in the Americas. Bound by mountains, deserts and ocean, this land is home to iconic wild places like Yosemite and Death Valley, but also to the unexplored wilderness and the miles of uninhabited coastline of Baja California, Mexico.
Directed by Rick Rosenthal (Blue Planet; Deep Blue), 2022
