All persons attending this event do so at their own risk. The organisers (Dulverton West Foxhounds) accept no liability whatsoever for bodily injury or loss or damage to property, howsoever caused.
By attending this event in any capacity, you acknowledge that:-

• the organisers are volunteers at a fundraising event and whose role is restricted to facilitating access to the countryside and who lack the power and resources to do all that is necessary to prevent injury, loss and damage howsoever caused and of whatever kind;
• horses are inherently unpredictable animals whilst being ridden and handled and any activity involving them carries risks of which you should be aware.
All participants must have Public Liability and Personal Accident Insurance.
Horses should have a bridle on whenever outside of their transport.
