Fill Your Pantry is a pop-up farmers’ market held every year in November. You can pre-order bulk cases from local farms at wholesale prices as well as shop the market the day of. This event offers bulk quantities of storage crops such as root vegetables, squash, and cabbage, as well as other locally produced bulk staples including beans, grains, meats, honey, preserves, and fresh baked goods. In addition to local vendors, we’ll also be hosting our third annual Winter Vegetable Sagra where local chefs will prepare free samples for tasting in celebration of winter abundance. Whether you're a seasoned home cook looking for new recipes or are eager to learn what to do with less common root veggies, you can visit each table, have a taste, and get inspired!
SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks are accepted at this event! We are proud to be a part of such an abundant community of farmers and ranchers right here in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Come on out to celebrate winter foods, stock up and save, and support our local farmers and producers!
