About this Event
Connect with your mind, body, soul during a guided meditation and a slow vinyasa flow. Every class will begin with a guided meditation and/or breath work that is connected with the theme of class, and will transition into breath to movements asanas that are made to create a positive energy space, and a reflective and transformative experience. Each class will incorporate yogic philosophy, music for the soul, and will end with a peaceful Savasana. Everybody is welcome! Come as you are :)
Kat is here to help guide you in accepting all parts of yourself. The good, the bad, and everything in between. In this acceptance, you can find elegance and resilience, both on and off your mat.
Tea will be offered at the beginning of class to drink by you as you meditate and flow through your practice, or after class to drink. Yogi's choice :) Tea can be a very beautiful edition to your practice, offering improved focus, hydration, immune support, sensory stimulation, nourishment, and anti-inflammatory benefits.
