Fill the Cruiser Challenge – Kutztown PD Needs Your Help!This November, we’re putting our community spirit to the test! On Sunday, November 16, 2025, the Kutztown Borough Police Department invites everyone to join our Fill the Cruiser Challenge ...an effort to pack one of our police cruisers to the roof with food donations for Friend Inc. Community Services.
Food banks across our region are seeing a sharp increase in demand, especially as the holidays approach. Families who’ve never needed assistance before are now turning to organizations like Friend Inc. to make ends meet. A few cans, a box of pasta, or a bag of rice can make a real difference for a neighbor in need.
We’ll be collecting nonperishable food donations at:
🕘 Weis Markets: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🕟 Giant: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
If you’re not able to join us on Sunday, you can still help! From Monday, November 10 through Friday, November 14, donations can be dropped off in the Kutztown Police Department lobby between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
Let’s see how full we can get this cruiser and show what Kutztown community spirit looks like! Stop by, say hello to our officers, and drop off a donation — together, we can make a big impact this holiday season.
