With many leagues starting September This is a new initiative to transition the current singles drop in into a competitive singles drop in tournament series. With the new format, snowballs are removed and with the pool of funds that would have been used for snowball, we will have a grand final at the end of the series on December 4th for the Top 16 players that qualify based on the weekly ranking points accumulated. The whole idea is to bridge the gap between now and super singles that will start in the new year while promoting competitive singles play.

Grand Final

Top 16 in Ranking points will qualify
(Minimum 4 attendance in drop in series required to qualify for grand finals)
Entry Fee: $20 per drop in
Format:
Weekly Drop in Series -
Round Robin - Best of 3
Knockout - Best of 5
Grand Finals -
Best of 9 Single Knockout
Payout: 75% payout each week - Top 4 pay out
25% + any additional fund will be added to the prize pool for the Grand Final - Top 8 pay out
There will also be a top Women's prize for the female player with the highest finish at the grand final (if no female player in the grand final, the top prize will be based on the ranking list)
Ranking Points will be updated each week
1st Place - 12pts
2nd Place - 8pts
Joint 3rd - 6pts
Joint 5th - 4pts
Joint 9th - 2pts
